well.. i've asked cjenrick to get another pair for me that then he will send me along with other goodies (t4b parts).
So, i suppose he forgot to tell you.
Anyway.. add a pair for me... or cjenrick will still be avaiable to grab them up for me or you'll send them to me directly.
Thank you!!!

Hi Kruz! I was going to make a trip to Dan Alexander's to get some goodies since he's about twenty minutes away, so those two under my name are really yours.

Would this project be good for a person just starting out or should I shy away now ;)

Peace,

This question is always hard to answer.

Essentially this is a simple project.
It does, however, use relatively expensive parts. I see no reason not to buy the parts and sit and wait. Watch what goes on here and look at the pictures that will soon follow at Group DIY and when you feel comfortable ... go for it. The longer you wait before you start them more you will see in terms of options and alternative techniques and power supplies etc.

... and remember ... ALL questions are welcome here.

Hi Fallout,

I have ask before but without answer.
The API 2503 output transformers you have find, are this orginal API (NOS/new old stock) or clone construction from a other transformer maker.

Hi Bo, apparantly the company we are getting them from are the original manufacturers of the API 2503. They still produce the part in runs of no less than 100 (Hence, the group order).
