Hey guys!

Long time no talk! I joined the navy, got a degree and went on tour this year, so I didn't have much time for recording. But I'm getting back into it this summer. :)

What plugin do you guys use for octave doubling/tripling? I'm using the stock Cubase one on a bass guitar right now, and I'm not really happy with the sound I'm getting. I'm willing to bet there are better ones out there.

Also, what else do you use them on besides bass guitar?

There's a few I tryed but I rarely use that kind of effect.
You can get something like melodyne and pitch shift anything..
or Use the one in Samplitube (guitar/bass amp simulator)
There's also Izotope Nectar that does harmony stuff (it actually is a vocal all in one effect)

But nothing will beat YOU, tracking a second track with the pitch needed !
