My experience has been that it's getting into the mic inputs. Try disconnecting the mic, leave the cables in place, the gains set the same and record. Is the noise still there?

If not, pull the inputs from your power amp and listen for the noise.

Try putting on a tin foil suit. It keeps the voices out of my head.

But yeah, try and isolate it. If you pull everything but the power cables and it's still going, try a power filter. Maybe rent one first to see if it helps.

i tried the tin foil suit and i realized that it has trs and not xlr ins so it didn't work

If you have any unbalanced lines running in your system, I'd look there, too.

I have to deal with a 50 KW ERP transmitter 800 feet away from my studio. We ended up enclosing the whole thing in copper mesh screen AND using balanced lines for everything. Then, dumping crappy hardware (e.g RANE headphone amps, etc) that can't deal with RFI. No worries now.
