What do you mean by "blending without any reinforcement?

I have only been on the other side of the board so I don't know all the issues you might see, but I would think that blending yourselves ...

If you're having separate and different monitor mixes, then you don't worry about blending. That is the house engineers job and you have to trust them to do it right. If they know their job there shou ...

GM is right. You don't HAVE TO. You can if you like it, and it can be a good thing. Just remember, though, you can't remove it if you track with it. So either you better get it right, use less than yo ...

I've had some similar thoughts...not in a mall, but the karaoke thing. My wife used to host karaoke at a place in her home town - that spurred thought of recording karaoke anyways...

You can get 18 max on the 002. 4+4 on the 002 directly (thats 4 xlr and 4 1/4" - you'll need 4 mic preamps to get them all xlr), 8 with the ADAT and another 2 with S/PDIF. Thats a total of 18 and the ...

You would only get 4 channels at 96k - as long as the 003 can do the 96k through ADAT.
