I use it very often on tracking and all I can say is, wow... what a nice eq... you can't go wrong with that type of gear

I hope I can get 1 soon, the EQ-2NV... I've got an API though Very Happy

yup, I've read about it, well, there are like 70k US in price difference, and I can live with that little thing with the mids... specially when I don't have 80k to get a Trident or a used SSL

I know API talks for itself, great gear, have anyone heard about the 5500 dual eq?? I just got one, it seems to have a few twicks from the original launchbox version, it's lovely piece of gear

I cannot afford to get ProTools HD, I need at least 24 analog out in order to mix outside the box on analog mixer and using outboard gear

so my question is, is MOTU HD as good or nearly as good as ...
