What a question to answer! Why do you want MLV to begin with? In Studio applications MLV is overpriced for for what it does acoustically. The mass in MLV is lead, which is not transparent.

I'm thinking 4" of 703 or 7.5 fiberglass,
There is no advantage to 703 type in walls. Use the cheapest porous material you can find.

If you want the thickness, use a third layer of drywall in the inner leaf. NOT soundboard.

With what you have described of the walls, the floors are not an issue. Relax on that part. It is fine.
