ah ha! Updated drivers and it seems to have sorted things out. Still, I might sick to audio clicks anyway. I don't trust it!

no I didn't try that. Could be a good idea.
I was also thinking of taking off as many other programmes as possible, so there's less to interfere. Hopefully that'll make it run a bit smoother |

| I'm using a PC, with an external drive - although I had the same problem using the regular hard drive. |

I'm using Pro Tools LE and generally it works well, but a weird problem is the clicktracks. Sometimes they work OK but often they go completey haywire - being completely uneven.

ah, phasing issues could be fun. How about making them very distances - maybe the condensor a way back? Or will that make it worse? Equidistant wouldn't be so hard. If I can keep still!
