how do u make a drum machine not sound like a drum machine?? lol

I have samplitude 8...never used it for sequencing tho...as for softsynth I was thinking of a couple cakewalk products, either bandstand or dimension pro, anyone ever use these??? |

the only problem is if u want to access both machines at the same time...say ur recording and wanna look up something online real quick, then youll want 2 machines...so a KVM is the answer.

heres a vote for the EMGs...
but u dont have to spend a wad on the active...the HZ series sound pretty good too...they were stock in cheapy ESPs and I liked them so much I picked up 2 more cheap ESPs ... |

and transfering by usb with the 1600 will take forever!
theres a program available that makes it all easier and written just for the pathetic transfer capabilities of the 1600...check it out.
