Sounds like a nice and clean recording to me.

If I were to be picky i'd say the bass guitar could do with cranking up a touch but that may be my cheap speakers.

I agree, the first mix sounds the clearest. Mix 2 sounds a lot more muffled.

What format are they?

You say that they are quite when you first listen to them then when you pan them left or right they become louder. To me that sounds as if the were originally panned hard left ...

I don't think it needs anything m8, it sounds very good to me.

Nice clean sounding vocals and the levels sound good.
