I think Dynaudio, ATC, PMC, ADAM,KRK & JBL are good alternatives to genelecs.

To mix (Music/features/television/DVD)???? Since you mentioned Genelec, Im assuming not music.
My personal choice, (NON MUSIC RELATED) are the JBL6300 series.
My LCR are LSR6328Ps my LS/RS are LSR6325Ps, with the LSR6312SP for LFE/Bass management. (Not sub, but LFE)
These translate the best for Television, FIlm, and DVD remastering. |

Me too for the JBL.
JBL LSR 6300 Series.
I use the 6328P and the 6312SP.
Just great.
