Hey Zem! The clip was an old Osmonds episode....it showed Rip Taylor wheeling off something similar to an old fashioned popcorn cart with a sign on it that said "Tacky Bell." As he walked off the stage, Marie Osmond says, "Ladies and Gentlemen, Rip Taylor!..."

Thanks blaumph2cool , I stumbled across that priceless piece of footage just recently.
Those Osmonds really pushed the barriers.....Nice to see sensible useage of double kick drums.....
