Craigslist Ad for Acoustic Panels..

So I found a craigslist ad for acoustic treatment panels.

They ad said they were

"Mineral Fiber Core Acoustic Panels"

24x60"

I was going to get 7 for my room with really really bad echo and unwanted 'verb.

Will these do my any justice at all?

The person told me they do not know the brand but they look similar to this:

sounds like a crap-shoot to me.

If you can't get the specs then you won't really know for sure until you place them and test for taste.

But if the price is good and you have a way to test the end result, who knows.

With great risk can come....empty pockets.

Did you get the ATS acoustics panels? If so, how satisfied are you with them? I'm looking at getting a few for the control room.
