Interesting.... Very retro 80's. Thats not a bad thing as I believe thats coming back sometime soon.
The mix is kinda bombastic. Lots of dry drums upfront and the voice is very present. Thats good but it tends to eliminate the smoothness in the backing instruments. Still, its only rockandroll...
Any other critique I might have would be focused on the arrangement and thats a personal thing so I wont go there.
Get the backing instruments to kind of fill in the holes around the drums and voice and it'll get bigger and the staccato breaks and those accents will be easier to digest.
The lead guitar at the solo really needs to stick.....right in the face...Not so much volume as a clarity thing.
