Hello guys....I'm brand new to the forum and hope you can help me out 
I wanna know about Producer, Arranger, Music Director job descriptions..who respondsible to whom? I'm going to produce a solo artis but still don't know where do I have to start,.How about profit sharing..Is the producer/Arranger get a royalty too??
How does it works?

By produce a solo artist do you mean record the artist. If so, all the treads in this Music Business forum are very helpfull.
