Don't know what you wound up with, but, FWIW I used Canare Star Quad and Neutrik solderless connectors for easy to assemble cables. Two hundred meters was just over US$200. That makes for lots of inexpensive good cables. It is pretty easy to put the Neutriks on, and do it right, too.
