Folks,
First off - it was not I who removed the thread opened on this subject - but that was only because I did not know about it at the time.
Once I read through it (It still exists) I realized that I would have binned it as well.
I will not tolerate (regardless of one's personal feelings) language like that I viewed from Proudtower........ that's not called for - and can only feed fuel to the fire.
I happen to like the poeple at Studiotips - and I also happen to have Ethan as a personal friend - thus I walk a very thin line with all of this - and have gone out of my way to not feed fuel to anyone's fire - and (also) to not allow flame wars to grow here.
I have no personal knowledge of what's transpired - and the studiotips.com announcement is the first word I got that there was even an issue.

It might surprise you to know that I actually have things going on - like a full time job - a part time design / consulting practice - and (in general) a life outside of the cyber world.
I devote what time I can to help people out here (and in other forums) but I do not live at my computer screen.
Also, I wouldn't walk into the middle of this eruption for all of the rice in China............
I have nothing that I can comment on because I have no personal knowledge of Ethan's actions, Dan's actions - any attorney's actions - or (for that matters) of anyone's actions other than my own.
You apparently are a part of the inner sanctum - and are privy to documentation that I have never seen - nor do I expect to ever see - so understand that you have me at a huge disadvantage - and shouldn't expect me to react the way that you have after you read whatever it was the attorneys sent to Dan (which Dan apparently then sent to you).
I am going to lock this down - and thus do not expect a reply -
if you wish to touch base with me - you have my email address.......
This is not the venue to deal with this - and management here would appreaciate if this was not raised here again.
