howdy!
hey i just wanted u guys to check out our site and take a listen to our songs (they are all older..new stuff up soon)...specifically "5am", "winter", and "Curtain Call"...well all of em really. lol.
let me know how you like the style, if it's catchy, if it sounds full enough overall, etc...
please offer any suggestions you may have as far as the mix or recording technique goes

now i know the drums may be a lil stale feeling...cause i used beatcraft on these earlier recordings...but will have live drums soon with our next attempt at a demo.

The singers voice is familiar, it's catchy for some reason.
Though at points needs some tuning.
The drums are weird, rocking in parts but no sustained groove, like it chops around the place too much. Needs more sustained snare goodness to get the mosh on.
Definitely some catchy choons there overall though.
Rock on. |

hey thanks man!
as far as the drums...is it that they need to be more of a straight forward beat? it may also be that i need to turn up the cymbals on a couple of the songs....?
yeah...that's me on most of the vox. - i'm workin on it. lol
thank you again |

I'd say for this genre, a constant and driving snare beat, on the main riffs down beat(s) will get the place rockin'.
Something you can jump along to(o). |
