Thread: Please critique "A Thousand & One Nigths "

WOW ! Al Dimeola meets Triumph who meets Strunz and Farah.... Great guitar chops, good emotion and drama throughout. Unfortunately I am home with my 56k connection so I am listening in lofi, but I get enough to hear everything is well balanced and although you have some distortion, it does not carpet the song. At around 2:03, it would be neat to change tempo a little with a half time drum rhythm (like in 1:31) against your arpeggios instead of the double bass all the time to better segue into your B part and break there. A key change(one step higher, then back to original to end) contrasting the different sections would be nice too. Hey, I can't find anything further to say except this track rocks and has the emotional impact it should in the right places.... I like it ! Ciao...
