Hey everyone,
I've been slowly learning to record and write songs and play guitar and sing (& other stuff since I was 13... and 13 years later, here's my newest (under?)achievement.
http://www.mp3.com/3shotwest
Most of the songs were recorded direct to my DA38... and taken home to mix while learning my new PARIS system.
A few were recorded off a board at the SideCar Pub in Houston straight to CDR.
See if you can tell which ones those are?
Taking in mind frustrating engineering that was out of my control (say, some of the vocal distortion, as in, not a cool Aretha-type distortion)... let me know what you think.
The band is at a crossroads for various reasons (one member wanting to start his 'career' and go back to school to make that happen, etc.) I want to record/produce more stuff (which I'm doing)... ah, the balances!
Ah hell, have a great weekend.
Graham |
