See if I successfully incorporated some of your suggestions.
This time I took out the "banjo" sounding guitar and used more of a Twin sound.
Re-sang lead voc (can you hear any grinning?)
Brought drums up in mix.
Eq'd for a little more sizzle, and cut some frequencies that were distorting.
How'd I do, Boss?

Now, it is HOT!!!
Time to master it and roll to the next track!
I can imagine how much more depth the wav. file (CD) has!
Perfect for mastering!
It is mixed.
You are there.
Does not get bigger than that.
Yes, it is there!
Great Job! |

Bill, I'm just now noticing pitch problems with the bckgrnd vocals, possibly due to the new guitar track and new lead vocal track.
I think I'd better fix these before I send this to you.

What the hey...I sent it out this morning, warts and all. I'll just screw it up worse if I try to fix the bkgrnd vocals. Anybody got a pitch fixer?
Anyway, it's on the way.

Warts are fine. Some of the intonation problems (hear it all the time on multiplatnium stuff) can add vibe.
I got all the toys..but cannot bend anything unless inserting new channels with raw channels to insert..
Looking forward to it! |
