Here's our proposed set-up::::::
Dual TC electronics in the Spdif and Optical----a A/D converter (from a Manley Pre) in the RBUS (AE 7000) and out the RBUS to a Masterlink........
will we have a CLock/sync problem???

If you have the TC has the master clock yes,
now when you say dual do you mean two TC devices?
If so then one of them must be the master clock or else you will have a non synchronous clock going on.
Otherwise if it's one unit and the TC is the master clock and everything is basically slaving from that then you should be fine...
