Recording in new control room

Almost finished,
Had a session so we have cut 11 tracks this week.
The new room sounds great but I haven"t done any measurement yet
Hope to do that this week before we start over dubs.

Have you burned any "porta-mixes" yet to see what they're like in other systems/rooms, or is that part of the (yet to happen) testing plan? Steve

Cleaning up some parts with the bass player Monday then burn a rough for my sure fire listening space.....my Mercury Marquis.

Hope to do a simple water fall with Room EQ wizard also.

I did a mix in the new room and it translates very well. I tried it on two different systems outside the studio.

My main concern was bass and it seems to translate perfectly!

I'm very pleased with this build.
I'll post some pics soon.

Post some music too if you would. Folks love to hear that stuff and I believe you might receive further opinions on how the mixes translate to MP3, etc.
