Hi,
This is the first time upgrading and need some info.
I have a G5 2.5 with 2.5gb of memory, running OS 10.4.3 and Pro Tools LE 7.0 with a 002R. I'd like to upgrade my OS and go to PT LE 7.1 before I get left to far behind.
I also have Waves Platinum Native Bundle Ver5.0 and just did the PT7.0 upgrade compatiblilty they suggested to download . Waves recommends using 10.4.7 or 10.48
1)What is the most stable Mac OS for PTLE 7.1 ?
2) Is it advisable to go from 10.4.3 right to 10.4.8 ,which was just qualified by Digi?
3) When doing the uprade with Pro Tools from 7.0 to 7.1 . They also have the lastest update, which is Pro Tools LE 7.1cs10 . Do you upgrade to 7.1, then just download that latest update? Do I have to download all of the earlier updates to that point?
Any info would be appreciated
Thanks

Go for it. PT 7.1 has been very stable so far so I'd upgrade. Expecially with the nice machine you have there you shouldn't have more problems than before.
