Hey Seb.
On the main product page for the Proxima, the rear shot shows the Nitrous.

Yes that is correct.....Both units have identical backs.....
Inputs:
XLR
Jack-Balanced/Unbalanced
Outputs:
Jack-Balanced/Unbalanced

Jack-Sidechain insert ( for EQ etc. )

PROXIMA is a high gain mic pre whereas NITROUS has been designed to accomodate line signals.
Both comp blocks are the same.

I got an email the other day from the chart topping band 'Evermore' stating that they actually use the Thorax as the channel strip
for their live shows !
