hello everybody
I've been recording with my Sennheiser e835,pluged in the PC since 2 years, but now I have some problems. Since my PC mainboard etc. were exchanged i can't hear my voice with the mic. I can't record,i can't hear myself...nothing. The soundcard is new and i think it's OK. Everything is plugged in right and the volume control is configured as usual.
So,any ideas ? |

New mainboard and new soundcard? What happened to the other one(s)? Have you checked that the soundcard can play music, you know, mp3s, wav files and such?
You'll correct this more easily if you take little steps and test the things that do not work outside of the recording software first.
I find that, where I live, it is most often a loose nut on the keyboard:)

I have no idea what you just said...or where you even are geographically...but if the sound card is recording then problem solved.
