I generally don't keep Kosher. But I can tell you that your recording is not something I could eat.

You really don't want anybody to mix this for you. What you want is somebody to first record you properly. Then a recording can be mixed professionally. There is nothing that can be done for your recording. It's a Dead pig. Doesn't even resemble, pork chops, ham, sausage or bacon.

I'd like to think that recording technique in Croatia should be better than this. There's just no reason to overload everything like this. That's what meters are for. When the red "PEAK" light comes on it does not mean that it is at its best, even though in English being at your peak means something good. What this means is that you have already ruined your recording as this one appears. Distorted beyond repair.

Where as there are several regulars on this site who live outside of the US, the majority of the members here live/work in the US.

Hopefully though someone from your neck of the woods will see this and get in touch with you.

what we call a sad joke. nobody laughs at sad jokes but they realize, if they wanted to, they could. but still, no one laughs at sad jokes. maybe in the future...

I know many of us trash these kinds of recordings (I'll use that term loosely). Probably because we can hardly believe that anybody who made something like this would want anybody to hear it like this.

Most folks who come around these hear parts want to make a decent sounding, professionally competitive recording. Recordings such as this appear to be more akin to dysentery than an actual effort at recording. I've heard better recordings produced on a ghetto blaster with Automatic VolumeControll. You might want to try that next time?

Oh my, could this is the classic example of how we all stand here and puke, then, in 12 months this becomes a massive hit in needle park.

I think this is a classic example of delusions of grandeur.

Wow...
I saw both posts from this guy and I responded on one. I hadn't listened to the music until now... my thoughts..."it couldn't be worse than the usual garage band crap I normally hear..."

Wow was I wrong. God, this is just funny.

I'd love to see EMI pick this up. Then maybe it would be time to get out of the business.

Good searching Cucco. Here is one of them tubed for the members reluctant to click. Who knows... lets check back on this topic next year. It may be time to get out of the business. I'm feeling a bit dark from listening to that at the moment yes? I'm certainly going to update my avatar.

I think it might be time to get out.
If this EvilPig thing gets picked up, I'm done!
Of course we'll never know - a smart company will change the band name to something more catchy amongst the teeny-bopper crowd...

Anyway, if we're gonna post crappy home-made videos here in this thread I'm gonna throw one of mine up - warning, do not watch around the kids!!!

And speaking of jokey videos, here's one from Thee Obscene - also recorded at RC.

Again - do not watch around the little ones!

Perhaps a point to the demise of the Music Business. Like all things which become great without a proper base to sustain the balance, the tearing down happens before the rebuilding can begin.

OR.....Its the point in fact to the easy access of cheap recording equipment and through the net, a simple and accessible medium to put anything your mind can conceive into the public stream.

Either way, we are hellbent (sorry ben) down this road of either explosive creativity or corrosive erosion of reality.

I AM seriously awaiting my copies of The Green Goblyn Project........

That ....I like.

That other crap I have a good mind to ban simply for poor recording technique.
