I got Owens Corning 703 rigid fiberglass board in a case of 6 @ 24 x 48 x 2 inch pieces.
I need the cheapest material to cover these for placement in vocal room.

Anything that is cheap, yet works. Without letting the fiberglass escape, if you know what I mean, and doesn't have to be ordered.

For example, something I can buy at a fabric store, Wal-Mart, Lowes.

Thanks.

You can get flannel sheets at your local thrift store for next to nothing if you're not concerned with creating a decorator space for clients to be impressed.

If you have a sewing machine, or know someone who does, make big pillowcases for the panels.

Dude, use a bed sheet and a stapler.

Or ANYTHING -literally- Use glue if you want to(need lots of it)

Go to a second hand store, buy some blankets and staple away, glue away, screw away, nail away, ANYTHING away.

Use some common inventiveness my friend. You'll find sumin'

Ok, I was worried that regular cloth sheets, and stuff like that, would not hold in the Fiberglass material, causing a hazardous contidion.
I guess I could double up on black, tight knitted, non stretchable/firm sheets.

No, the () implies that the T is an afterthought - it's used in certain circles as an identifier to separate me from others who share my name, but is not a necessity when speaking directly to me.

Kinda, sorta... In a galaxy far, far away...

Space, the final frontier (Somewhere near Exit 4 in the Alabama system).
Shocked

I'm not an afterthought, the (t) is - and yes, I do share my name with such notables as Benjamin Franklin & Benjamin Rabbit, among others...
(Made for fun times in school!)

At least my name wasn't Richard Noggin.

Yeah, but you want to make sure that the material you're using isn't going to function as a reflector too, eh? I'm a big fan of roughweave burlap, which both breathes and keeps the fiberglass in. AwedOne suggested flannel sheets, which are also good, but more expensive. Go to your friendly neighborhood anyplace except Walmart and you can pick up burlap for a buck a yard. Also, if you want something a hair prettier you can pick up some 1x4s, knock together a quick frame and then you're looking pretty and the fiberglass is nice and secure. Good luck,

Nathan
