On a more serious note... do they make anything that would function like the brick pavers except maybe look a little nicer? I assume we're looking for something with a lot of mass here. |

Lol...
No...the brick pavers go between the stand and the floor. I wouldn't want a stack of (45lb) brick pavers sitting 30" off the floor on a wooden stand. Just wait til that falls over on your foot. |

Our posts got crossed -
Make sure you understand - they go under the monitors.
If you prefer "glamorous" - check local granite installers and see if they have any sink cutouts that they're throwing away or selling cheaply. |

"My NHT M-00s would likely kill you if they were aimed directly at you"
I thought guns did that?
Headline tomorrow, "Area man killed by overdose of sound waves" |

Stand next to a bomb. Those are technically sound waves.
Hydraulic shock is the name for what happens to your body.
It's not nice.
I want speakers that can give me hydraulic shock. |

Well...the M-00s could kill a person in more than one way...
If they were thrown at a man, that man would certainly perish. |

Ha, sad that I pictured those pavers sitting on the stands.
...that makes more sense to me now. I was at work and just typing quickly. Pretty good tip. |

Whether other people agree with you choice or not is based on subjectove appraisal. What they will all agree on, however, is that any improvement in fidelity will positively affect your mixes.
Congrats! |
