You would need to generate the test tone to upload to myspace. Then, once you have uploaded the test tone and downloaded it again, you need to make sure that the "Test Tone File" field at the top of deconvolver's gui is pointing to the original file, while the "Files to Process" box should contain the modified test tone that has been through the myspace mangle...
If the result sounds like a short click then you probably have done it correctly!
