Guys; The number of submissions in this forum is increasing rapidly, I ask to please submit only ONE song at a time within a week, we have to be fair and reply to all our submitters and it would be impossible to get to all artists here if one person submits five songs in one shot. For those who have multiple submissions here already, I am going to post only one response this week and get the others once I have replied to one song each for all artists who have posted this week. Please understand some songs have to be downloaded, other songs are longer in length, and many require repeated listening in order to give a fair assessment. I've posted this request in the past, so please, no more multiple submissions... |

That is a good point. I have several songs on SoundClick and I have no idea how to isolate them for your listening pleasure. Any suggestions?

If you click on one song, you will get the URL to use in your address bar, use that address to link to a song here, that should work !!
The only reason I suggested one song per week is to consider the reviewers who want to be fair and give everyone's tunes a good listen, and given they do this for free, we should try not to overload this forum |

I want to reiterate the request that either a single song or a single link to a group of songs is preferable.
I'm also going to start a house cleaning here in the next couple of days, so any of you who want new versions of your material up to be critiqued need to do so.
Also. This is a serious side to our work and having your brethern and sisters look deep into your souls and tell you how much they dislike your approach to music is an intense thing. Its also not a joke. So if you're just dinking around with something and dont really care what anyone thinks then save the bandwidth and go elsewhere.
One last thing.
Not everbody that scans this page has the same schedule as you. So if theres a lull in between your posting and what you think is an appropriate time for someone to respond, please dont fret. Either theres no one in this community that is soffisticated enough to deal with your genius or they're all stunned by the incredible sounds wafting from their computer and are down in their own studio right now delivering death blows to their own recorder out of sheer frustration or perhaps they've fallen asleep due to the huge amount of saccharrine you're producing. Be patient....Not everyone is qualified or wants to respond to DethMetalJazzGrass in A#. |

Whoops, sorry I just posted a 2nd song before I read this - I thought this was more of an open critique where anyone can look and listen - not where someone has a job of critiquing (is that the case?). |

It's no ones job.
Post as much as you like.
Just don't abuse the system. Go and listen to and critique others work and try and help out in the other forums.
If any mods disagree with this DethMetalJazzGrass in A# you know what to do. |

Very good advice. Even if your not a pro (I'm not even close) you can give a perspective that can help. Just getting any feed back when you put your ass out there is helpful. Probably the worse feedback you can get is none.
One of my favorite places in all of RO to hang out is in here because I get to learn from the pro's that answer the posts and may have the exact opposite opinion of mine and it shows me that I'm going about it all wrong with a real world example of audio. I love it when people say what they used on what so I know how that sounds. |
