The top of my doodle pad right now:
"Try out Jules' tips for getting big phat rock drums"
I just need to record some drums first, which means I need to finish a song first, which reminds me...
#1 - Finish damn song! |

1. a drawing of the transformer MS matrix and stereo width control that I am finally about to build. Its based on the design from the Jensen website with the addition of a multi-deck attenuator to provide the width control. totally passive but still a lot of $$$ due to the pair of Jensen trannies and the custom pot.
2. countless sketches of studio floorplans w/ our combined gear layed out. A friend and I are starting to look for larger quarters and I'm trying to figure out the minimum SF that we need. Anybody know of any LA/SFV area studios that want to sublet a room? |

Ultimately, more trouble than it's worth, I think. Then again, my little project of replacing the capsule in one of my C1000's with a nice omni Panasonic capsule turned out to be both very interesting and useful.

Depressing thought for the day:
The average American is now "working for the government" from January through June of every year.
