hello everyone.
i've been through a few dvd mixes where i wasn't in charge, and we had a few issues with bass management - dialog showing up, reverb returns showing up, messing up my mix and my panning cause people put their subs wherever and so everything comes from there.
well i'm monitoring with bass management in (tweetie on PT) now, and as far as i know it should be good. but, i wanted to see if others are rolling off their verb returns or center channel or anything to compensate, or if i'm just getting nervous now. it sounds good with all genelecs and the sub properly placed, but i just want to make sure these sound good when they get out there.
thanks for any tips for a dvd newbie! sure is different than stereo for a vhs release...
=a= |
