Whatcha got planned for the Big Apple? If you get a free hour head down to Peter Beard's gallery The Time Is Always Now, at 476 Broome St (down in SoHo I think). He is amazing- former game warden in Africa, fashion/wildlife photographer, writer (has co-written books with Andy Warhol, Karen Blixen, and Truman Capote), hangs out with the Rolling Stones and the Kennedys... He is the most visceral artist I have ever seen. His work captures the beauty, violence, order and madness of this world. Particularly stunning is the series of photos that show him being gored by a charging rhino (as well the photos of the life-saving surgery that followed). Have a good time, David

yeah i flapped my wings ... :d:

The flight was amazing , my first real airborne experience.... in the physical sense.
I had a window seat and kept 'OWL EYES' on them big turbine engines.
Will it fail? What's the rate of fuel consumption?
What's the H.T on the coil?
Dynamic Range?... will the S/N be acceptable?
Bandwidth?

Hey guys,

I got to spend some time with Sebatron yesterday at AES.... and have to tell you we had a great time........

Sebatron is (IMHO) the quintessential wild man...... I found him to be intelligent - very open - and am looking forward to both the chess game and cigarettes he owes me.......... Very Happy

I just want everyone to know that the picture he "paints" here in this world - is a very accurate representation of who and what he is in the other (real?) world........
