Our wildly popular site, Acoustics101.com, is all updated and improved! The new site includes these noteworthy updates and changes:
• Easier navigation with presentation in book format on the title bar. Sections are easily selectable to go step-by-step, or to skip to what's relevant to your needs.
• All the graphics have been updated. Wherever possible, we included CAD sketches with notes and labels.
• The entire site has been cross-referenced to the appropriate pages of the main Auralex website, as well as to other, non-Auralex sites that we've found to contain helpful tips, techniques, explanations, etc.
• The HVAC section has been expanded by popular demand.
• Also by popular demand, the "Acoustics101.com Room" is now a downloadable PDF with dimensions, angles, a treatments list and other great details.
• Much, much more!!!
This entire rework was based not only on the need to expand the site to "cover more ground" in terms of acoustical construction, but also on all the great suggestions we've received from Acoustics101.com users over the years.
And we're not stopping with this update!
We will be updating this new site on a regular basis. We welcome requests for expanded information. We will also be updating the site as new and unique approaches to acoustical construction are developed.
So bookmark the new site and remember to visit periodically to find out what we've been up to!!! |
