I`m on a budget

The samson drum mic set seemed to be cheap and decent in quality, at least from the few reviews I`ve read.
But hey I`m open for suggestions, the Akg mic I was thinking about was the AKG solidtube, but I havent decided yet.
I also think the røde røde ntk2 is a good contestant.
I would appreciate recomandations of other mics.

Neumann is light years away from my budget.

I`m also bying a drumkit, bass guitar and amp and lets not forget monitors.
alesis seems to have a fair price set called the mkII.

and last but not least I will pick a pair of shure sm57.

but again I`m very thankfull for comments or views on my objects.

Its easier if you post a budget of what you can afford (rather then what you cannot) for all your gear..then people here can make
suggetions based on something......
