How are the standard plugins in this software compared to protools 6 or 7 le?

also i have the waves platinum bundle that i use in protools le should i be able to use those plug ins in logic pro? ...

In my opinion pound for pound Logic Pro is the best value, the integrated Logic plugs compete and at times surpass what's available from 3rd parties.

the vintage instruments compare nicely to the Native Instrument offerings, Sculpture is a unique synth, I like the ES2. EXS24mkII sampler, ultrabeat drum machine.

With the included effects plugs most bases are covered, you may or may not add any 3rd party plugs. Space Designer is awsome!

i'm working with logic and i love it! best bang for the buck pluginwise. excellent plugins! yes, you'll be able to use your waves plugins with the au shell.

Logic, is also in my opinion, absolut bar none - worth every single penny.

and i second all other aspects said by the previous posters.
