before i buy the soundcard ive been looking at.. i heard i need to buy a motherboard that'll be compatible to the sound card. can anyone help me or point me in the right direction to find out what motherboard would work with a
presonus firepod 10 channel interface w/ cubase le
would i need a specific power supply, a specific fan, etc? id appreciate any help anyone can offer |

A fully loaded Asus with Intel chips is always a good bet.
In this case it might be better to buy last years models. |

You don't need a specific brand p/s. Just get a nice 500+ watter. The Antecs fans might be a little quiter. Get a couple a GB of good RAM (name brand) and 2or 3 hard drives.
Download the latest drivers from Presonus. This will probably get you running just fine on your current computer. |
