Unfair Foam Company... Can I share this wih you?

Dear friends,
I hope one day Injustice will disappear from our world!
I would like to share some unfair things that happen to my Father.
My Dad is a professional musician , very simple, very sensitive and sincere person and this well know acoustic foam company toke advantage of him.
can I share this with you?

Well if we're playing 20 questions here, you've had three already. This is going to get boring very quickly if not already. If you have a problem why can't you just tell us what the problem is? We could then provide a reaction.

Laila,

first off - Auralex offers a couple ofdifferent services.

They have 3 free services - one for small standard roms - one for odd shaped rooms and one for large rooms (churches, etc.)

They also offer an interactive service where they is a fee and they help you along with real people instead of software.

Having said that - I agree with Mr Ease,

If yo have something to say just say it.......... I am not interested in a million little posts to finally get to the bottom of your problem.

So make your next post show your entire point..... OK?

I have a feeling this is going to turn into a plug ... no real story here.

Call me crazy, but if a company made me (or a close friend/relative) upset, I'd say it out loud and wouldn't prance around.

Nice marketing.

It's only a plug if it's from a company other than Auralex........ they don't play that kind of game - but we'll see..........

Yes, that is what I was thinking. You have to get pretty low to use a marketing scheme like this - if it really is just that.

Laila, just tell us why we should consider brand "X" instead of Auralex.

Thanks for your replays, I will not prance around, but there is so many unfair things that I just don't know where to start.
I can only write when my Dad is not here , if he knows about this, he may not like it ....!
And just to let you know, my Dad, in his own way,
did say it loud! I said in his own way because he's a nice guy! Probably too nice..
But they didn't really care...!
and they are not honest either,
for example, after my Dad purchased their product last year, He requested the enhanced fee service application support " http://www.auralex.com/fee/"

Here's their response:

>'"Thanks for your email. Unfortunately we no longer offer the Enhanced Fee Service. This was something we were able to do on occasion with our chief acoustical engineer, however in December last year he moved on to work as a full time acoustical consultant. I will be sure to update the website accordingly. Thanks again, sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day!<"

but today, the web page is still there ....

Unless they didn't refund his extra fee, I fail to see how this is unfair.
