I really liked that song! As for production, take this with a grain of salt due to the myspace factor...guitars sounded nice, bass I thought could stand a little more punch, maybe a low cut somewhere? I thought the vocals were fine, and the drums sounded good, except maybe where he's double-sticking on the hi-hat at one part. There, the hi-hat seems to override everything else. Could be the myspace mp3 conversion. If not, I've had good results using Digital Fish Phones SPITFISH de-esser to take the bite off the hi-hat. I'm no pro or anything, so again, a grain of salt! Nice stuff! Andy |

I think the kick could be a bit louder?
The guitars sound possibly a little thin but then I think it fits the song!
In the outro the guitar just takes over (which isn't bad) but might be something to check out! |
