I have a real old JCM Marshall 800 2x12 Combo Amp and I was wondering how I could figure out the year of the model
The Serial No. on the back has 11507R
Anybody have any guesses? |

THe JCM800 was introduced in 1981 and ran through the 80's. If you e-mail them, be prepared to give them more info than just the serial#. I was asked about the front panel (whether it had a"split channel" design) and what color the "fret cloth" (grille cloth, this was a combo amp) was. |
