I'm looking into picking up 2 Digidesign 96i/o interfaces. Does anyone know if there is something else I need to run HD (some sort of card, etc)? Right now I'm only running LE.

You'll have to ditch (or possibly upgrade/exchange?) your LE system.
You'll then need an HD Core card from Digi (HD1 system). You can run up to two interfaces on one card. |
