Help with 3M M79 spares

Hi ya all,

Would anybody know a good source of spares for these venerable 2" tape machines, specifically I am in need of idler rollers, or "pucks". I need 1 incoming and 1 outgoing puck.

Tim,

I found a guy in Utah that sells puck rollers for 3M's. They are $100 each and have worked very well on our M79. His name is Bart Gass and his contact info is:

I don't know if he is still stocking and/or making these parts but it's probably your best bet. Good luck!

I believe Bart has had some major medical problems. There is a bit of a problem with the 3M backstock.
