I'll give you the address of the place where we'll meet before you have to follow me to the party.
A party just isn't a party if you don't follow Mixerman weaving through rush hour traffic in parts of LA he just doesn't really know. (With Fletcher riding shot gun, no less, egging me on that it's the followers responsibility to keep up.)
Man, we blew it! We should have gone to AES Amsterdam. (head bang) (head bang) (head bang). Oh well.
Mixerman |

And keep up, I did. My son will probably never be the same again. and my face still twitches when I recall that drive, but it will remain forever as one of the wildest rides I've ever been on.
For the rest of you, all I can say is that you really had to be there to understand it. Two carloads of madmen on Friday evening, stuck in "5 o'clock rush hour traffic" from downtown Los Angeles, jumping lanes, cutting off traffic left and right, and breaking traffic laws nobody even thought to put on the books. I wouldn't trade it for a moment. |

Happy belated from a complete stranger and thanx for all the advice...
if you wanna up the ante, next time you guys should rent your favorite bikes and try lane splitting thru the same traffic...a true LA experience couldn't believe my 1st traffic school when they explained how that was really legal... |

We WERE lane splitting, but in cars!!! Actually, I'd have felt a lot safer on a Yamaha 50 riceburner following Mixerman than I did in the rental car. |

I still say that it's legal to drive on the sidewalk if you really have to.
Mixerman |
