Yessir, there's a few of 'em out there besides EveAnna Manley that are still single, good-looking and talented!
June 24th I tied the knot with a lady that regularly runs FOH on big-ass consoles like Midas, Crest, PM4k, Soundcraft, etc. and can handle monitor world when called upon as well.
She has a four year degree in classical guitar to boot, so she and I swap guitar tips. Gotta love that.
Ok, the last part - 5'10", slim, natural blonde hair almost to her waist, and 10 years my junior. (I'm mid 40's). <Gloat mode off>
I hate the term soul-mate 'cause it's so f%&^$ng cliche, but DAMN!!
Bartender, a champagne toast for the house, and set up the good stuff! I feel like I just hit the lottery.
Rick |

Hey Aaron,
Yeah, that's her main gig. She's with Mogollon this weekend doing four shows at the Nevada County Fair in Grass Valley, CA.
She only gets to run her little 32ch A&H GL2200 for this trip, but it's a fun gig anyway with nice scenery and I heard the weather's good.
Thanks for the congrats and I'll see ya around!
Rick |

Rick, I remember playing a DAT of mogollon a LOT at vintage, one of the first things i worked on there. It had Sharky, Rio Grande and Great Divide on it. Where can I get a copy? Those songs were played great, and had some killer songwriting to boot.
I would sometimes play it while some metal band or whatever was setting up and at first people would say " what the hell is that redneck crap?" but then they would listen, and be humming along!
Great stuff! |
