There's no sale, really. I just wanted to get your attention.
However, anybody who still wants to check out the Crane Song Analog Dither CD test better do it now!!! The clips will be removed from the web site this Wednesday (May 1st)! |

At this point I have to ask: Does On Track Recording own Crane Song? Seems to be a link there I am unaware of... |

Hey, not to worry. Red will have to find his way here on his own. Besides, with his attitude, he won't last long up against the VERY knowledgeable people here.

This is called inflation.
No I know what it is, it's a double CD with noise
like pink noise, green noise and dutch noise (orange) You pay more because the Dutch noise.
I own the rights of this dutch noise so that's why they have to raise the prize.
Sorry guy's but I had my first surround mastering
this weekend and today we have to encode it to AC3.
Pfffff, that wasn't so easy I can tell you.
We had problems with the new sadie system and the connection with our kingston tower.
Sometimes sadie removes the harddisk.
I called stephan from Sadie germany and we found out that the jumper on the card was not correct connected.
Can you believe it? just one tiny piece of plastic and some copper is giving all these stress.
And now the problem is solved I'm like a child,
so sorry for this double dutch :tu:

Thanx, On -Track !!
I heard your examples and picked up the Crane Song CD.
It's amazing how well it smooths out the hats and cymbals!
Much more dimension and depth in the entire spectrum.
I had to change some drum EQ that I was using to get rid of some harshness.
Best $30 I've spent in a while.
Thanx again,
Carmen :w: |

So help me out here guys...
Do I blend in the dither and feed my 24 bit mix to a 16bit recorder?
loping off the last bits?
Ashley - I think I have "that noise' already in my Hedd (this is starting to sound weird)
