    Download and install this driver. It was released last April, 2009 so it is their newest 64bit driver.

    Something is corrupted in the driver or you have too many usb connections active on your computer. Do you have a usb hard drive that is connected? If so, pull it off. Also, make sure you turn all the power saving crap off including screensavers etc.

    yeah, i have that driver already, but i will try to reinstall it and see if that help, and i have everything off that needs to be off.. the ony usb hooked up is my Tascam and a usb wireless mouse thats all... but i pretty much make windows look like 98 when i run the program

    If the new driver doesn't fix it, then ditch the wireless mouse for a wired mouse.
