Windowed wall in front or rear?

    I have a 9 x 14 room, 8 ft ceiling, with a foyer on one end. Here's the layout:

One of the 9 ft sides is almost all window, floor to ceiling. No other windows in the room. All other walls are dry wall. My question is how best to orient my monitors.

I know that the window shouldn't be on the side and that it is best to have the monitors pointing along the long dimension of the room, but is it best to have the monitors pointing away from the window or toward it?

I am unable to cover the window with any treatment. Also, I am much more concerned about low end than high end, particularly nodes. Will also be putting corner bass traps (probably either MiniTraps or LENRDs) but want to get the orientation right to start with.

    Thanks for any suggestions.
