hello, I have a fantastic recording facility that I have signed a long term lease for however due to unforeseen circumstances I can no longer work full time as an engineer.

I would like to share my studio with someone who can contribute anywhere from 600-2k/month and you can use the studio as much as 25 days out of the month. obviously if you contribute 600 its more like 6-8 days in the month but perhaps that is all you need!

The Studio is located in a cool area of williamsburg

I am in a tight financial situation and looking to make a deal asap. even if its for two months down the road I would like to secure a partnership soon.
