Hyde Street Studios, one of the Bay Area’s premier recording facilities for over 30 years, is leasing Studio D without recording equipment. The studio is home to numerous iconic recordings from artists such as herbie hancock, joe satriani, george clinton, paul simon, tupak shakur, and many more. It has great sounding tracking and monitoring rooms that are well isolated. The building is a unique environment with many engineers, producers and musicians leasing private rooms throughout the facility. It offers a reception area, a full kitchen, and space for clients to lounge. Monthly rent is $2800 + utilities.
