    LOVED that Chroma, even more than the Prophet 5...trying to get the membrane switches repaired, it's now up in West Virginia enjoying a cool spring...will check out that blog.

    Ah, I always wanted a Prophet. Wasn't that a fun time in music history! Man, so exciting and everything was really starting to sound great. The buzz was fat sound and voices. ( just around the corner ) Sequencing, MIDI, great reverb, and the talk of digital was only beginning. I sold a few things I shouldn't have. Oberheim was a great sound too. And who can ever forget the Moog and the Polymoog. I remember drooling over it, must have been about 17 years old, I think it cost around 8 grand. Stevie Wonder was the sound of that. hmmm...

    My Kronos X 88 arrived today. Wow, is it awesome! The weighted keyboard is the best I've ever used and the sound of this thing is amazing. Its pretty easy understanding it all. Great layout. The CP editor is a bit lacking but I'm told a new version is just around the corner.

    Its so nice getting away from VSTi and back to no latency hardware like this. My next piece is an Akai Renaissance still on back order slated to arrive mid Nov.
